A-Level Online Consultation Programme

The A-Level Online Consultation Programme provides affordable academic consultations to JC1 and JC2 students, who need assistance and coaching. The classes are conducted via Zoom.

This programme, with a small class size of 10 students or less, enables teachers to give more targeted attention to students.

Frequency, Duration & Venue

Once a week per subject for 2 hours on Zoom online platform.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The Student or one of the parents must be a Chinese Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.

  • The Student must be a full-time student studying in a school that offers a mainstream curriculum in 2025 (either a Junior College or a Centralised Institute).

  • Gross monthly household income (MHI) does not exceed $4,800 or per capita income (PCI) does not exceed $1,400.

Fee Structure

  • There will be no fee collection for students who meet the eligibility criteria for the 2025 A-Level Online Consultation Programme. 

Application

  • Application for the 2025 A-Level Online Consultation Programme will start on 14 October 2024.

  • JC 1 / CI 1 students in 2025 may start to apply from 4 February 2025 after the release of school posting results.

Intake Periods and Placement

  • Placement of students happens biweekly and is based on the availability of vacancies.

  • The last intake for 2025's A-Level Online Consultation Programme will be in August next year. Application for the August 2025 intake must be submitted before 20 July 2025.

Application Process

  • To apply for the 2025 A-Level Online Consultation Programme, please log in to myCDAC

  • The parent (Main Applicant) will need to create a myCDAC account before submitting the application form. If the main applicant already has a myCDAC account, there is no need to create another account. 

  • Next, the main applicant (and the spouse) will need to get their Singpass accounts ready and download the Singpass app on their mobile devices.

  • If the main applicant does not have a Singpass account, please click here to register for Singpass, or click here to reset the Singpass password, or visit the nearest Singpass counter to reset/create the Singpass account.
