Volunteers play an important role in supporting and delivering our programmes and services. We welcome everyone, including our beneficiaries and corporates, to join our pool of volunteers to reach out a helping hand to families and individuals in need.

Family Befriending

  • In this role, your primary focus will be to support participants in their skill development journey through engaging talks and workshops.

    You will play a crucial role in following up with them, ensuring they have the necessary resources and encouragement to apply the skills they have acquired effectively.

    As a compassionate and empathetic figure, you will provide a listening ear and offer social and emotional support to participants facing life challenges.

    • At least 21 years old

    • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and preferably some dialects

    • Completed GCE β€˜O’ levels or more

    • Mature, understanding, approachable and possesses a strong desire to help others

    • Able to commit to a case for at least three months

    • Enjoy working with families

    • On a needs basis
